SUMMARY:Public Art Commission Call for Entry
DESCRIPTION:Castle Rock’s Public Art Commission invites artists to submit two-dimensional designs or artwork to be featured on a giant Adirondack chair in Festival Park\, the heart of Downtown Castle Rock. A $1\,000 stipend will be paid to the artist whose work is selected for the project. \nThe ideal design or artwork will extend a warm welcome to locals and visitors\, embody the spirit of Castle Rock and foster a strong sense of community. The intent of the chair is to provide a space to create memorable moments featuring the scenic backdrop of the park\, inviting exploration and creative expression attracting residents and tourists alike.
