2024 Gala Centerpieces

TRI ARTS PROJECT ART OF GIVING GALA
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2024

We invite you to apply to the 2024 TAP Art of Giving Gala event.  This is the second gala for Tri Arts Project and will be held at Cielo in Castle Pines on November 8th. We have over 150 VIPs expected to attend. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

We are looking for 20-30 artists to create and donate an art piece that will be the centerpiece for our tables at the gala.  These pieces will be sold as raffle items, all proceeds will help TAP continue to build learning, creation, and exhibition opportunities for artists here in Castle Rock.

REQUIRED ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS:

• All black and/or white
  2D, sculpture or a design with 3-4 sides (carousel effect so it can be seen around the table)
• 1 cubic foot, can be slightly smaller or larger but trying to keep all about the same size
• No restrictions on materials used (please keep cost around $25, as that is the cost of the raffle ticket to win it)
• You may submit up to 5 images. They can either be five, separate pieces or detail shots of the same piece, or a mixture of the two.

Please also provide a brief bio (there will be a QR code on the table that people will scan to learn more about you!)

SCHEDULE

– Application Deadline: October 10, 2024
– Acceptance Notification (emailed): October 17, 2024
– Delivery to Cielo: November 2, 2024

COST TO ENTER
There is no cost to enter this call for entry. This piece is a donation from you to Tri Arts Project. The cost to purchase a raffle ticket to win this item is $25. Artists will not receive any money from the sale of their piece, but can deduct the cost of materials for this on their taxes. We are very thankful for the artists helping to make the Art of Giving Gala a beautiful success.
