Creative Exploration: Mixed Media and Collage Art for Beginners
Explore the playful side of artmaking in this Exploring Mixed Media and Collage Art workshop at Tri Arts Project in Castle Rock. Designed for beginners ages sixteen and up, this Saturday class invites you to experiment, layer, and create without pressure or strict rules.
Instructor Lisa MacKenzie guides you through working with a wide range of materials, including acrylic paint, watercolor, inks, stencils, stamps, and collage elements. You will explore how different tools and techniques interact while building layered compositions rich in texture and visual interest. The emphasis is on curiosity, process, and discovering new ways to express yourself. All supplies are included.
