Fancy Mother’s Day Cards: Intermediate Layering and Embellishment Techniques
Create a Mother’s Day card that feels personal, polished, and worth keeping. Fancy Mother’s Day Greeting Cards is a beginner to intermediate card making class at Tri Arts Project in Castle Rock for artists ages sixteen and up who want to learn more advanced techniques than a basic card project.
Instructor Vanessa Antonsen guides you through intermediate card making methods that focus on precision and finish. You will learn how to trim and score card stock to build an accurate A2 card base, then use layering, stamping, and embellishments to create a beautiful Mother’s Day design. You will also learn how to frame elements cleanly using measurement guides and create handmade accents such as die cuts and ribbon details. All supplies are included, including envelopes and embellishments.
