Gelli Plate Prints - Beginner +

Monoprinting Magic: Gelli Plate Printing with Found Objects Workshop

Discover the spontaneous magic of printmaking in this hands on Gelli Plate Prints workshop at Tri Arts Project in Castle Rock. This Tuesday morning class is designed for beginner to intermediate adults ages nineteen and up who want to explore gel printing in a relaxed and experimental setting.

Instructor Vanessa Antonsen introduces you to the tools and materials used for working with a gelli plate. You will observe the gel printing process and then create multiple prints of your own using paint, stencils, and a variety of household and found objects. Each print produces unexpected textures and results, making this workshop playful, accessible, and full of creative discovery. All supplies are included.
