Tuesday Evening Art: Beginner Fused Glass Design & Cutting
This Glass Fusing Beginner workshop is a rewarding and creative Tuesday evening activity at Tri Arts Project in Castle Rock. Designed for adults ages sixteen and up, this hands on class introduces the fundamentals of glass cutting and fused glass design in a focused, two hour session.
Instructor Nancy Daniel guides you through cutting and arranging colorful glass pieces into a custom design. You will prepare a five inch by five inch glass composition that will later be kiln fired and slumped into a curved glass plate. The emphasis is on careful design, precision cutting, and understanding how glass behaves during the fusing process. All supplies are included.
