Self-Care: Mini-Memoir of Photos and Memories

Therapeutic Writing: Mini Memoir and Self Love Journaling Workshop in Castle Rock

Nurture your well being and reconnect with your inner strengths through the healing capacity of writing.

This four week Self Care Mini Memoir course at Tri Arts Project in Castle Rock is a gentle, reflective workshop designed for adults twenty and up who want to explore their memories, document meaningful moments, and practice self compassion through writing. You will use personal photos as inspiration for short written reflections that spark gratitude, clarity, and emotional insight.

Instructor Sharon Fleming guides you through a calm, supportive process where writing becomes a tool for easing old hurts, recognizing your resilience, and cultivating a deeper sense of self love. By pairing free flow writing with photos that hold personal meaning, you will gather your thoughts into a small but powerful mini memoir that affirms your story and your growth. A laptop computer is required for this class.
