Spring-Ready Sewing: Learn Machine Basics Workshop
Learning to sew starts with understanding your machine. Sewing Introduction Beginner at Tri Arts Project in Castle Rock is a practical class for adults and teens ages sixteen and up who want to feel confident using a sewing machine and ready to start simple projects at home.
Instructor Rhonda Shanahan guides you step by step through the basics of sewing machine use. You will learn how the machine works, how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine, and stitch with control. The class focuses on hands on practice using your own machine so the skills transfer easily once you are home. You will complete a small practice project and leave ready to tackle beginner sewing patterns. All supplies are included except the sewing machine. Rentals are available for an additional fee.

What Participants Should Bring
Bring a working sewing machine with its manual, sewing machine needle, and bobbin. Wear comfortable clothing. Sewing machine rentals are available for an additional fee if needed.
