Meet Our Featured Gala Artist: Gail Cooper

Gail Cooper’s art is an exploration of color, design, and pattern that often appears abstract; upon closer examination, one may find nature realized in its many forms. Gail’s artistic perspective was heavily influenced by her experiences living and working abroad for over 35 years. Many of her works are derived from photographs taken during that time. She works in various mediums including acrylics, oils, watercolors, collage and fabric. Gail studied Fine Arts and Graphics at the University of Illinois Chicago and now calls Castle Rock, Colorado, home.

Her original painting, Bouquet, TAP’s featured artwork for the Art of Giving Gala will be auctioned off at the event on April 25, 2026.

This piece is currently on display in our gallery at Cantril School, 312 Cantril St, Castle Rock.
