Author Showcase Sign Up
If you’ve written and published a book, this is your invitation to set up a table, meet colleagues, introduce yourself to the community, and put your work in front of new readers.
There are a limited number of tables available and are assigned on a first-come basis. Sign up before the September 30, 2026 deadline to guarantee your place on the shelf.
What your registration includes:
- A dedicated author webpage with your required headshot, featured book cover, bio, description or excerpt, and business links.
- An event-program listing and shared promotion by TAP and CAL.
- Networking, a group photo, water, and light snacks.
Before you begin
Plan for about 8–10 minutes. Have your author bio, contact links, headshot, featured book cover, short book summary or excerpt, and credit or debit card ready.
Registration details
- Colorado Authors League membership is required.
- Choose a $20 half table for 1–3 titles or a $30 full table for 4+ titles.
- Setup begins at 4:00 p.m.; teardown is 7:30–8:00 p.m.
- TAP provides the table, chair, and Wi-Fi. Authors provide displays and handle their own sales and sales tax.
- Family-friendly content only. Registration fees are nonrefundable.
- Parking and load-in instructions will be emailed closer to the event.
Your place is reserved only after payment succeeds.
