Dance Classes and Accessible Movement Workshops in Castle Rock

The Performing Arts program at Tri Arts Project is building its new schedule of dance and movement classes for the Castle Rock community. These sessions will be designed for adults and teens who want supportive instruction that focuses on joy and technique, not competition.

Foundations of Movement and Rhythm

Future dance sessions will focus on ease, musicality, and coordination. These classes will be accessible for all backgrounds and ages. Topics will include:

  • Developing rhythm, balance, and basic coordination
  • Learning fundamental steps and movement patterns
  • Exploring musicality and timing in a fun, non-judgmental environment

We aim to offer dance classes that are a healthy, creative outlet for adults and teens.

Program Development and Recruitment

We are actively seeking experienced dance instructors, choreographers, and movement educators in the Denver and Douglas County area to help lead our Dance program. We invite you to partner with us to shape the future of community movement instruction.

If you are a qualified local teacher interested in working with adults or teens, please reach out directly to AskTAP@TriArtsProject.org.

Audience Interest and Connection

Dance connects naturally with Acting and Music within the Performing Arts hub. By joining our main newsletter, you help guide our program development and will be the first to know when registration opens for dance workshops.
