Looking for fun digital art camps in Castle Rock? Jump into a creative week of storytelling and animation with our Digital Illustration & Cartoon Camp at Tri Arts Project! This hands-on class introduces students to professional digital tools while guiding them through the exciting process of creating their own hand-drawn cartoon stories.
Throughout the week, students build confidence in both drawing and storytelling as they develop original characters, experiment with expressions and movement, and design imaginative worlds. Using Procreate and Procreate Dreams, campers combine illustration and animation to bring their ideas to life.
What You'll Create & Learn
- Character Design: Create original characters with unique personalities, expressions, and dynamic poses.
- Storytelling Through Art: Learn how to build short, engaging cartoon stories from concept to final sequence.
- Digital Illustration Skills: Use professional tools in Procreate to draw, color, and refine artwork.
- Animation Basics: Bring drawings to life using Procreate Dreams to create simple animated sequences.
- Creative Confidence: Develop skills in visual storytelling, composition, and imaginative thinking.
Students may take both "Digital Illustration and Cartoon Camps" as each session explores different concepts, or enroll in either individually.
