Design Your Own Glass Plate: A Colorful Glass Fusing Workshop This August
Create a brilliant piece of kiln-formed art! Glass Fusing at Tri Arts Project invites adults (Ages 16+) to learn the magical art of cutting, arranging, and fusing colorful glass into a stunning 5"×5" curved glass plate. Instructor Nancy Daniel guides you through every step, from cutting and designing to gluing your pieces for the kiln. Your finished plate is ready for pickup in 10–14 days — and all supplies are included with registration!
Open to all levels, this single Saturday morning session runs 2 hours. All supplies are provided, from fusible glass to safety glasses and glue — just bring an optional apron.
What You'll Practice in This Glass Fusing Class
- Glass Cutting Skills: Practice the skill of safely cutting glass into precise, desired shapes for your unique composition.
- Design & Assembly: Arrange, layer, and glue your colorful glass pieces into a beautiful design that will be kiln-fused into your finished glass plate.
