Master Strobes and LEDs: Professional Studio Lighting Skills for Photographers
Master the art of studio lighting! Photography Studio Lighting: Intermediate+ at Tri Arts Project is a specialized 2-session course for photographers (Ages 16+) ready to elevate their images with professional-quality lighting setups. Led by instructor Marc Feldman, you'll explore strobe and LED lighting, box lighting, and reflectors to create stunning portrait and still life photographs. Lighting and background equipment are provided; students bring their own cameras.
Designed for intermediate to advanced photographers, this 2-session Thursday evening course runs October 8 and 15. Lighting and background equipment are provided — students bring their own digital/DSLR camera, lenses, and memory card.
What You'll Learn in This Studio Lighting Course
- Studio Lighting Concepts: Describe and understand the principles of studio lighting, including how different light sources shape mood, shadow, and subject.
- Strobe & LED Practice: Practice using strobe and LED lights to achieve properly exposed, professional-quality portrait and still life photographs.
