This welcoming 3-hour workshop "The Serious Business of Play" invites participants to step away from stress and productivity and reconnect with curiosity, creativity, and play. Through journaling, grounding practices, and beginner-friendly improv games, your instructor Lilly Stannard will help you to explore presence, imagination, and meaningful connection in a supportive environment. No performance experience is needed for this adults and teens workshop (Ages 16+), this is about letting go of pressure, embracing curiosity, and rediscovering the joy of simply showing up.
