Odelia Elgarat

Odelia Elgarat is a bestselling author, award-winning writer, and instructor at Tri Arts Project.  She is a certified Guided Autobiography Instructor and Narrative Therapy Practitioner.

She is the author of two books – You Are Allowed: A Story of Finding Where You Belong, Not Where You Began, and her children’s book Ruby is Scared.

As the founder of The Legacy Writing Guide, she is passionate about helping people preserve their stories and create meaningful connections through reflective writing.

At Tri Arts Project, Odelia leads legacy writing and guided autobiography sessions that help participants shape their memories into meaningful written stories to share with family and future generations.
