Stained Glass: Scrappy Birds

Learn a stunning new creative skill with glass! Stained Glass: Scrappy Birds at Tri Arts Project teaches adults (Ages 18+) the beautiful "Tiffany" method of copper foil stained glass construction. Led by instructor Vickie Autobee, participants cut, grind, foil, and solder to create a gorgeous, colorful glass mobile — perfect to display in your home or give as a gift. Bring a friend or family member for even more fun!

Suitable for beginners through intermediates, this single Friday session runs 5 hours. All supplies are included — students are welcome to bring their own glass if they have it, though it's not required.

Skills You'll Build in This Stained Glass Workshop

• Stained Glass Techniques: Discuss and apply the fundamental stained glass construction techniques, including cutting, grinding, copper foiling, and soldering.
• Project Creation: Use the techniques learned in class to design and complete a beautiful, finished glass mobile you'll be proud to display.
