Leigh Anne Lewis

Leigh Anne is an artist who makes her home in Colorado.  She paints mainly in oil, but also loves to work in graphite, pastel and charcoal. She is focused on depicting the beauty in scenes of everyday life, as well as capturing the emotion and uniqueness in the drawing and painting portraits of people.

Leigh Anne has a B.S. in Art Education from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and has taught in public schools for 20 years. She has attended workshops led by Dawn Whitelaw, Judith Carducci, and Gordon Wetmore, and has been a member of the Portrait Society of Atlanta and the Portrait Society of America. Currently she is teaching Art at Ascent Classical Academy Homeschool Enrichment Program in Centennial, CO. Leigh Anne is passionate about helping others discover the joy of capturing the beauty of life in art.
